shipping & returns

you can check the cost of shipping and possible destinations before proceeding with the purchase. orders over 6 bottles (1 case) shipping are free.

For orders in the Italian territory, standard shipping takes max 5 days and Express shipping usually takes 24 hours if the order is sent before 14.00 (for Calabria and the Islands it takes an extra day). Outside the Italian territory, shipping may take a slightly longer time. We will send you a tracking number when we ship so you can check the progress.

My order hasn't arrived

Sorry for that. If you have not received your order within 5 days and have not heard from our team, please email us your order number and we will review it immediately. sip@amaricodrinks.com

Returns and exchanges

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, please contact us at sip@amaricodrinks.com. If your order has already been shipped, you cannot change or cancel the order, however you can return your order for a refund minus shipping costs as long as the bottle is unopened, sealed and undamaged. Our return and exchange policy is 30 days. We are unable to refund or exchange any order that arrives faulty or damaged. Sometimes we will ask for proof of this, so be sure to take a photo if the outer box or product is damaged.
